Part 6. Ways of filling with feminine energy. Active pastime.
- Take time for a walk. Do it more often. You can walk alone or with friends. Organize a family walk, a walk with the kids or with friends (in nature – forest, park, amusement park, zoo, etc.). You can arrange a picnic.
- Organize a trip to another city, country (tours, travel, pilgrimage).
- Engage in active sports outdoors (cycling, skiing, snowboarding, sledding, ice skating).
- Engage in festivals, parades, costume parades (any walk in a beautiful dress).
- Swimming in the pool (swim in clean river, lake or sea). Water is very good sourse for feminine energy.
- Do exercises. Make plasticity of the body in graceful movements (stretching).
- Engage dancing. Very useful for female energy belly dancing. It’s harmonize energy, heals all the internal organs.
- Go to a yoga class. It’s important that your yoga master must be a happy married woman.
- Run in the morning. It is best to run in the park.
- Buy a subscription to a fitness club. Choose something for yourself. Physical activity helps the body produce endorphins – the hormone of happiness. You will be filled with feminine energy and become attractive to men.
